Scott Awerkamp is based in our St. George, Utah office. He has extensive experience in estate planning including wills, trusts, tax savings, probate, trust administration, asset protection, charitable giving, guardianships, conservatorships, and elder law. Scott’s work and service provide his clients with peace of mind, knowing they have a well-designed plan that will benefit their families in many ways.
Oscar assists clients ranging from large, publicly traded corporations to local and regional entities with disputes arising from all aspects of their operations, including construction (lien and bond claims, defects, contract disputes), land use development, and complex commercial litigation.
