Spencer Fane Attorney Yana Rusovski will present at the 2026 National Association of Realtors (NAR) NXT Conference taking place November 3-9 at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans.
The conference will bring together more than 10,000 NAR members from across the nation, with speakers focusing on real estate industry education and awareness sessions as well as hot topics, including the growing impact of AI and emerging technology.
Widely recognized industry names slated to speak include Reba McEntire, John Rogers, and Ryan Serhant.
Yana will co-present the Regulatory Issues Forum, “Risk or Reward? How AI Is Reshaping the Real Estate Industry,” on Friday, November 6. Her session will be a panel discussion “on the ethical responsibilities of real estate professionals using AI and the emerging threat of AI-enabled real estate fraud, and ask whether the industry should support stronger AI safeguards and regulation amid growing concerns voiced by AI developers and business leaders.”
At the firm, Yana focuses on regulatory compliance, preventive counseling, and defending against enforcement actions, informed by her prior leadership experience at HUD. She regularly helps clients identify and manage fair housing, fair lending, AI, and emerging technology risks across regulated industries. Yana specializes in developing carefully tailored strategies to resolve disputes in ways that safeguard business goals, reputations, and relationships. She also co-leads the firm’s Mortgage Regulatory Market Team.
