Spencer Fane attorney Ayesha Mehdi will present a webinar at Walsh College covering diversity in the workplace, including how businesses can impact society as a whole.
As part of a panel discussion, Ayesha will co-present with Dr. Anita Hicks, Associate Director of the Oakland Center and Imelda Scott, Director of Accounting North America at Yanfeng Automotive Interiors.
The panel will highlight “how diversity in the workplace is an asset for both businesses and their employees to maximize an organization’s highest potential.” During Ayesha’s remarks, she will emphasize the need to remain focused on encouraging diversity in the legal profession.
Walsh Giving Day is a charitable event and funds raised support the students, programs, and scholarships. Walsh College is a business school that focuses on community, preparation, and success. Ayesha is an alumna and is often called upon to speak at school events geared towards legal and diversity topics.
