Spencer Fane is pleased to announce attorney Wale Akinmoladun has been named a 2025 Diversity & Inclusion honoree by Missouri Lawyers Media.
This annual distinction recognizes the firms and professionals who form “the bedrock that supports a growing foundation of work” in advancing inclusion and equality principles throughout Missouri’s legal profession and local communities. Wale is the second consecutive Spencer Fane professional to be named a MLM Diversity & Inclusion honoree, earning this recognition through his dedication to firm DEI initiatives, law student mentorship, and community service.
MLM spotlighted Wale and his fellow honorees in a special edition of the publication and also formally celebrated them at a virtual awards ceremony on August 14.
At the firm, Wale represents school districts, health and commercial insurance companies, and other businesses and individuals involved in state and federal litigation, and administrative fair hearing appeals. He also serves on the leadership committee for Spencer Fane BOND (Black Opportunities to Network and Discover), a firm connect group that strives to provide a central point of connection and belonging for Black professionals and ally members to flourish within and outside the firm.
