Spencer Fane is pleased to sponsor ACC Colorado’s 18th annual Ethics Day on December 5 in Denver. Attorney Troy Rackham will speak at this program.
Hosted at the Halcyon Hotel, this seminar offers attendees up to seven CLE credits as well as meals and snacks. Troy will join meQuilibrium’s Maureen Watson for the firm-sponsored session, Navigating Ethical Dilemmas: AI’s Impact on In-House Counsel. The presentation will include real-world scenarios that have exposed lawyers and clients alike to material advantages and risks involved with the use of generative artificial intelligence. Other sessions will cover topics such as remote work, use of company witnesses, and employer approaches to DEI.
At the firm, Troy defends hospitals, nursing homes, long-term care facilities, and other health care organizations in a wide variety of matters. He also counsels health care providers and attorneys on regulatory, employment, and ethics matters.
