Spencer Fane is pleased to announce attorney Troy Rackham‘s recognition as the People’s Choice Best Medical Malpractice Lawyer for Defendants by Law Week Colorado (Law Week). As part of its annual special issue, “Barrister’s Best,” Law Week recognized Colorado legal professionals in nearly 50 categories of practice by naming a “People’s Choice” and “Barrister’s Choice” in each category.
Troy and his fellow honorees were selected and profiled based on Law Week’s Barrister’s Best community survey. This year’s survey included 290 responses. In Troy’s profile, the publication summarized his “impressive work” and listed his past distinctions. “Troy Rackham is by now familiar with peer praise,” they declared.
At Spencer Fane, Troy defends hospitals, nursing homes, long-term care facilities, and other health care organizations in a wide variety of matters. He counsels health care providers and attorneys on regulatory, employment and ethics matters, as well. He also regularly volunteers his time working with community organizations and serves as pro bono counsel to clients in need, children’s organizations, and through Metro Volunteer Lawyers.
