Troy Rackham Appointed to the Committee on Conduct for the U.S. District Court

Spencer Fane attorney Troy Rackham was recently appointed to the Committee on Conduct for the United States District Court – District of Colorado.

In this leadership role, Troy will serve a three-year term working to uphold the District of Colorado’s mission, “to serve the public by providing a fair and impartial forum that ensures equal access to justice in accordance with the rule of law, protects rights and liberties of all persons, and resolves cases in a timely and efficient manner.”

At Spencer Fane, Troy handles complex litigation involving the reputation and livelihood of legal professionals, healthcare providers, and businesses of all types. He authors a treatise on Colorado Legal Malpractice litigation, which is updated annually, and regularly counsels attorneys on ethics issues. He also serves on the Colorado Supreme Court’s Standing Committee on the Rules of Professional Conduct.
