Spencer Fane was pleased to once again co-sponsor the Blankenship CPA Group’s Annual Nonprofit Bootcamp on August 17 in Nashville. Trace Blankenship represented the firm as a presenter.
This half-day event was co-sponsored by the firm, Blankenship CPA Group, and Lighthouse Counsel. Attended by approximately 200 nonprofit executives, nonprofit consultants, and board members every year, the bootcamp featured a welcome breakfast and insights of various thought leaders addressing challenges faced by nonprofit organizations.
This year’s event focused on the theme of “Big Giving: Capturing the Heart of a Generous Giver.” Program attendees learned proven strategies to strengthen donor engagement. various thought leaders addressing challenges faced by nonprofit organizations.
Trace’s remarks were focused on what’s on the mind of board chairs and board members who are fundraising volunteers trying to develop giving strategies in a volatile economy.
