Spencer Fane is pleased to announce attorneys Karen Olson, Kimberly Slay, and Randi Winter have been named to the Minnesota Lawyer’s 2023 list of Top Women in Law. The firm is the only organization with more than two honorees on the inaugural list.
This distinction celebrates the outstanding women in Minnesota’s legal community who were selected by a distinguished panel for their leadership, professionalism, accomplishments, and passion for making a difference. Karen, Kim, Randi, and their fellow honorees were formally honored at the October 26 award gala and featured in a special issue of the Minnesota Lawyer.
At Spencer Fane, Karen – a former Deputy Attorney General for the state of Minnesota – is an experienced regulatory, compliance, and litigation attorney. Kim focuses her practice on commercial litigation, governmental relations, health care, state taxation, and insurance coverage. Randi helps her clients achieve favorable litigation outcomes with respect to business, employment, and noncompete disputes.
