Discussing how the unexpected March 2022 loss of her best friend, who was also an attorney, taught her the meaning of perseverance, DeAndrea reflected: “Cora was a fierce advocate and represented the unrepresented. At Spencer Fane, DeAndrea focuses her practice on a variety of labor and employment litigation matters. She provides preventive counsel and litigates employment disputes on behalf of public and private employers in federal and state courts, in arbitration, and before administrative agencies.
DeAndrea is also a respected voice in the firm’s leadership. She serves on the Spencer Fane Executive and DEI Committees and advises on diversity, equity, and inclusivity to impact firm decisions and strategy at the highest level of the firm.
