Spencer Fane attorney Stephen Zralek has been chosen to lead the International Association of Defense Counsel’s (IADC) CLE Steering Committee for the 2025 Midyear Meeting.
The IADC is an invitation-only association of corporate attorneys around the world that collectively helps members advance their practices with engaging CLE programs that address current and progressive topics within the legal profession. Stephen has been an active member of the IADC since 2020, serving on the 2022 Midyear Meeting CLE Steering Committee and the 2024 Midyear Meeting General Convention Committee. He is the current Chair of the IADC Intellectual Property Committee and received the IADC President’s Award in 2023.
At the firm, Stephen is a partner with an accomplished litigation practice, helping clients resolve intellectual property, business, and entertainment disputes in federal and state courts and via arbitration and mediation.
