Spencer Fane Snow Christensen & Martineau is pleased to announce Oscar Castro joined the firm’s St. George office as an associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group.
Oscar assists clients ranging from large, publicly traded corporations to local and regional entities with disputes arising from all aspects of their operations, including construction (lien and bond claims, defects, contract disputes), land use development, and complex commercial litigation. In his daily practice, he works to identify his clients’ specific business objectives, proactively resolving disputes while protecting both finances and reputations.

Oscar received his undergraduate degree at Brigham Young University, then earned his Juris Doctor at the school’s J. Reuben Clark Law School. Impressively, he served as a board member, then president of the Southern Utah Bar Association from 2021-2023 shortly after beginning his practice.
