Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to announce Ernesto Prado joined the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice Group as an associate in the firm’s Santa Monica office. Ernesto joins the firm just weeks after Spencer Fane expanded into California with two offices through a combination with Pahl & McCay.
Ernesto brings a broad-ranging practice with significant experience in complex real estate and general commercial matters, which complements the strengths of the firm’s practice in California. While always preparing for a potential trial, he regularly manages cases with an eye toward his clients’ strategic objectives, utilizing the full spectrum of dispute resolution methods to achieve favorable outcomes through proactive and collaborative client service.

Ernesto completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California-Berkeley and later earned his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School. Prior to entering private practice, he spent time providing legal services beneficial to diverse individuals and businesses in Los Angeles and surrounding communities, including stints at Neighborhood Legal Services, Inner City Law Center, Southwestern Law School Immigration Clinic, VITA Tax Clinic, and Community Lawyering Clinic.
