Spencer Fane welcomes Adam Holmes to Springfield office

Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to announce attorney Adam Holmes has joined the Real Estate practice in the firm’s Springfield office.

Adam earned his Bachelor of Arts from Missouri State University in 2004, summa cum laude, majoring in philosophy and history, with an economics minor.  In 2016, Adam completed the CORe Program at Harvard Business School, with honors, and an emphasis on business analytics, economics and financial accounting.  In 2019, Adam received his law degree from Harvard Law School, where he was awarded a Dean’s Scholar Prize in Hedge and Private Equity Funds and served as a senior editor for the Harvard Business Law Review.

Holmes’ practice focuses on a variety of complex commercial financing transactions, including leveraged and syndicated lending and unitranche facilities, as well as commercial real estate transactions, real estate and tax credit financing, construction and commercial development, real estate incentives and tax credit programs and renewable energy projects. Adam’s clients include institutional investors, developers, private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers and traditional and nontraditional financial institutions.
