Spencer Fane attorneys Sean McKenna and Sara Naylor will conduct a webinar for Practising Law Institute (PLI) on April 18 at 1:00 p.m. EDT. This CLE event will review the potential impact of the Federal Trade Commission’s proposed “ban” on non-compete clauses.
During the presentation, Non-Competes – Health Care Industry Realities and Predictions – Sean and Sara will join Weaver and Tidwell’s Adam J. Klein to cover a wide range of topics. They will present background on non-compete covenants in health care transactions; review the FTC rule proposal; and provide legal advice in areas such as strategic and financial considerations, legal strategies, and expected challenges.
At the firm, Sean focuses his practice on solving clients’ health care needs and representing companies and executives in white-collar cases and investigations. He utilizes his almost 24 years of experience handling and defending health care and white-collar enforcement actions, as well as offering fraud and abuse insight and analysis.
Sara, a member of the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution group, practices primarily in the areas of labor and employment, general commercial litigation, and education law.
