Spencer Fane attorneys Michelle Berger, John Peckler, and Evan Singleton collaborated on a webinar addressing Colorado’s 1041 Statute and local regulations, which was presented to the Colorado Bar Association Environmental Law Section on October 17.
During the session, Navigating 1041 Regulations: Insights for Environmental Attorneys, Michelle and John provided an overview of the Colorado regulations that authorize local governments to oversee land use for Areas and Activities of State Interest. The presentation included an outline of 1041 permit applications and their statutory requirements.
