The conference provided a deep dive into impending regulatory changes to the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT). Utility, solar, wind, IPP, finance, and trading thought leaders gathered to explore the tumultuous future of this massive power market; examine the impacts on resource adequacy, power prices, project siting, and bankability; and advise on how to best meet the shifting needs of commercial, industrial, and retail customers.
The Spencer Fane Utilities team is co-led by Cody Faulk and Cathy Webking.
