BTC Bank, based in Bethany, Missouri, recently completed its acquisition of Home Exchange Bank, based in Jamesport, Missouri, and 1st Cameron State Bank, based in Cameron, Missouri.
BTC Bank is an agriculturally-focused community bank committed to helping individuals, families, businesses and farmers thrive in their communities. Through the acquisitions, BTC Bank expanded its presence in Northwest Missouri, adding branches in Cameron, Gilman City, Jamesport, and Oregon, to better serve its customers. The combined institution will have almost $1 billion in total assets.
