Spencer Fane is pleased to announce it has been named a 2022 BTI Associate Satisfaction A-Lister as part of BTI’s research, a series of associate satisfaction and law firm rankings for the eight activities most valued by associates.
The first-of-its-kind report, “BTI Associate Satisfaction A-Listers 2022: BTI Survey of Law Firms Where Associates Are Happiest,” was developed to uncover the drivers behind associate retention, fulfillment, and job satisfaction. The drivers are based on eight key attributes, ranging from access to critical training and career development to salary and mentorship.
The firm was recognized as “distinguished” in these activities that associates value most in deriving high levels of job satisfaction at law firms. This overall recognition earned Spencer Fane a coveted place on the BTI Associate Satisfaction A-Listers 2022 list.
