The Spencer Fane Overland Park office was a proud 2024 participant in the KVC Kansas Holiday Heroes Program. Through donations organized by Joan Groves, multiple firm attorneys and staff members granted the holiday wishes of two local teenagers.
This charitable program allows individuals, families, and businesses to make the season brighter for children and teens involved in foster care, the adoption process, and other branches of the child welfare system. As Holiday Heroes, the Spencer Fane team collected presents, gift cards, and monetary donations to fulfill the wish lists of their sponsored kids.
This project is just one of the many initiatives in which firm professionals participate year-round to benefit the communities in which the firm is immersed. Many Spencer Fane professionals serve in nonprofit leadership roles and actively participate in organizational boards, volunteer programs, and other philanthropic opportunities.
