Spencer Fane is pleased to announce the firm has joined the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD). Spencer Fane joins over 350 law firms and corporate partners in support of the LCLD’s mission to help “a new and more diverse generation of attorneys ascend to positions of leadership.”

The LCLD provides numerous action programs, which “are designed to attract, inspire, and nurture the [diverse] talent in society and within our organizations.” These programs include: LCLD Fellows, a business development and training initiative geared toward mid-career attorneys; Success in Law School Mentoring, a program designed for members to mentor first-year law students; and, LCLD Pathfinder, which offers early-career attorneys practical tools for leadership, among others.
“By producing tangible results in the lives of talented individuals, we work to promote inclusiveness in our institutions, our circles of influence, and our society, with the ultimate goal of building a more open and diverse legal profession,” the LCLD explains.
