Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to announce Kristen O’Neal joined the Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice group as an of counsel attorney in the firm’s Springfield, Missouri, office.
Kristen brings a diverse background both in private practice and as an alternative legal services provider with proven ability in all stages of the litigation life cycle, including handling depositions, drafting and arguing affective motions, managing discovery processes, and utilizing all manners of dispute resolution, including significant and notable trial experience. Her specific litigation track record includes work in transportation, insurance coverage, and educational matters (employment and civil rights and professional liability).

Kristen completed her undergraduate studies in education at Southwest Baptist University and later earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Kansas City’s School of Law. While in law school, she completed an internship with the Hon. Charles H. McKenzie in the Jackson County (Missouri) Circuit Court. (I also graduated with my litigation law certificate)
