Spencer Fane is pleased to announce attorney Sonja McGill’s recent election to the Board of Governors for the Dallas Symphony Association, the volunteer leadership organization for the Dallas Symphony Orchestra (DSO).
Since 1900, the DSO has grown from a 40-person ensemble to a world-class orchestra performing in one of the world’s finest concert halls. Members build upon a rich, artistic tradition of masterful musicianship to inspire and change lives through musical excellence. As a member of the Board, Sonja will help build on this tradition that delivers uplifting experiences and innovative, enriching educational opportunities.
At Spencer Fane, Sonja helps companies throughout the employment cycle: from hiring to firing and everything in between. Sonja is particularly skilled at harnessing her corporate experience to help companies make key staffing and organizational decisions critical to creating a corporate culture that promotes high productivity and morale. An active member of her community, Sonja also holds leadership positions for organizations such as the SPCA of Texas and The Arts Community Alliance.
