Spencer Fane Bone McAllester attorney Loren Mulraine recently presented at the Sixteenth Meeting of the American College of Business Court Judges covering intellectual property rights.
Loren presented as part of a panel during the “Ownership, Transfer and Tracing of Intellectual Property Rights, Part 2: The Robert Johnson Estate” session. The presentation focused on the full life cycle and protectable scope of intellectual property and best practices to maximize long-term value.
