Spencer Fane attorney Shawn Tuma will participate in The Center for American and Internal Law (CAIL) Cybersecurity and Data Privacy Law Conference as both co-chair and moderator of two panels.
In his first panel, “Making Sure It’s Covered” Shawn will discuss with other industry leaders the practical things in-house and outside attorneys need to know about cyber insurance.
The second panel, “Sharing the Load” will cover the roles and cybersecurity responsibilities of Chief Privacy Officers, Chief Information Security Officers, and General Counsels.
