Spencer Fane attorney Shawn Tuma served as a featured presenter at a cyber liability insurance webinar for IDMWORKS and CyberRes on October 18.
During the presentation, Best Practices for Cyber Liability Insurance Renewals: A Roundtable Discussion, Shawn applied his industry knowledge to describe insurance companies’ reactions to cyber incidents and the best practices they require of their customers. He drew on his experiences in cybersecurity and data privacy law, which includes his position as Former Chair of the Texas State Bar Computer and Technology Section. Shawn was joined by Stan Wisseman of CyberRes and Bill Willis of IDMWORKS.
