Spencer Fane attorney Shawn Tuma recently spoke on the ever-changing roles of claims professionals, brokers, and breach coaches as well as the overall evolution of these roles in cyber situations at the NetDiligence Cyber Risk Summit on June 2.
During the presentation, “The Evolving Roles of Claims Professionals and Breach Coaches in Incident Response,” Shawn and the panel discussed how these professionals work together to reduce costs and efficiently manage claims. In addition, they shared how to utilize breach coach for more than just privilege and how to incorporate task-based fee pricing or flat fees.
