Robyn is a frequent speaker in the private club industry, including addressing club legal issues for Club Management Association of America and National Club Association. She is a regular columnist for BoardRoom Magazine and is often quoted in other industry publications.
At Spencer Fane, Robyn works with private clubs around the country addressing membership, governance and other legal issues. She also works with developers, borrowers, lenders, and member groups on complex real estate and financial transactions involving golf, resort and residential community assets.
