Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to announce Justin Garcia joined the Real Estate practice group as an associate attorney in the firm’s Dallas, Texas office.
Justin provides valuable counsel on all legal aspects of sophisticated real estate transactions and financings, developing and implementing creative solutions that allow projects to remain on schedule and within budget to the benefit of all key stakeholders. His experience includes conducting due diligence, drafting contracts, and managing real estate and commercial loan transactions with a focus on aligning strategies with his clients’ business goals and objectives.

Justin received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University and earned his Juris Doctor from Baylor University School of Law. While in law school, he served as a law clerk for multiple Dallas-area firms, gaining the necessary skills to enter private practice. Additionally, Justin’s educational and internship background in supply chain helped prepare him for the often complex, multi-factor analysis needed to successfully navigate real estate law.
