Spencer Fane Bone McAllester attorney William (Paz) Haynes was recently appointed as a Public Trustee for Davidson County, Tennessee. He will serve in this leadership position through December 23, 2023.
As a Public Trustee, Paz will have responsibilities in the Davidson County Treasurer’s Office, including reviewing and preparing public legal, tax, and trustee documents, among other tasks.
At Spencer Fane Bone McAllester, Paz represents physicians and other health care providers in negotiating a variety of contracts and business arrangements, providing responsive day-to-day legal advice on all aspects of operation critical to success. He has experience in the areas of administrative law, commercial and civil litigation, health care law, and labor and employment law.
Paz is actively involved in the community, serving in multiple leadership roles for professional and nonprofit organizations. He previously served on the Father Ryan High School Board of Trustees.
