Spencer Fane is pleased to announce that attorneys Shannon Forth Davies and Andy Lester were both selected to the 2023 edition of Oklahoma Super Lawyers. They were both honored for their work in business litigation.
Each year, no more than 5% of the lawyers in each state are selected by the research team at Super Lawyers to receive the honor of being listed as an Oklahoma Super Lawyer and no more than 2.5% of lawyers in the state are selected as Rising Stars. A Thomson Reuters business, Super Lawyers is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The annual selections are made using a patented multiphase process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates, and peer reviews by practice area.
With over 20 years of experience as a litigator, Shannon focuses on complex litigation. Her practice covers a broad expanse of matters including business litigation, civil litigation, constitutional law, labor and employment law, securities litigation, environmental litigation, intellectual property litigation, and collective and class actions.
Andy has a civil litigation and appellate practice in both state and federal courts. His fields of emphasis include complex business, civil rights, commercial, constitutional, and state and local government law.
