Spencer Fane attorney Rod Nichols was a featured speaker at the Missouri Independent Bankers Association’s (MIBA) Directors and Officers Seminar.
In his presentation about Regulation O and its restrictions on directors and executive officers, Rod discussed the terms and criteria for these loans as well as how to avoid civil monetary penalties.
