Spencer Fane attorney Loren Mulraine presented at the Nashville Bar Association’s Annual Entertainment, Sports & Media Law Institute on December 2.
Loren’s presentation — Lights, Camera, Action: Tax Incentives for Film Makers — opened the Institute’s all-day, information-packed seminar. Conducted both in-person and virtually, the event allowed industry professionals to network and gain insight on current trends in the entertainment, sports, and media law space.
At Spencer Fane, Loren merges an understanding of the creative elements of the entertainment and media industries with legal and business skills to protect his clients’ intellectual property, build their business enterprises, and advocate for social justice. His clients have included Grammy, Dove, and Stellar award winners, gold-, platinum-, and multiplatinum-selling artists, and professionals in the music, media, film/tv, theatre, and sports industries. Earlier this year, he was recognized by the National Law Journal as a Sports/Gaming/Entertainment Trailblazer.
