Spencer Fane attorney Loren Mulraine spoke at the Center for the Protection of Intellectual Property (CPIP)’s 2025 Summer IP Institute on July 30 in Beaver Creek, Colorado.
The three-day event featured several educational panels and research presentations on current IP challenges such as patent reform, price controls, social media and copyright, and more. Loren joined the Fair Use After Warhol / Google panel, which discussed the impact of U.S. Supreme Court rulings in the copyright infringement lawsuits Warhol Foundation v. Goldsmith and Google v. Oracle.
