Spencer Fane LLP is pleased to announce Jeremy Lowe joined the firm’s Kansas City, Missouri, office as a partner in the Intellectual Property (IP) practice group.
Jeremy is a veteran trial and appellate attorney with over 24 years of experience in high-stakes patent litigation, particularly in the pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries. Jeremy’s high-caliber, diverse skill set has led him to represent international clients before multiple U.S. district courts, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. His notable victories include defending a multibillion-dollar jury trial and achieving a landmark ruling that reshaped 150 years of double patenting law.

Jeremy attended the University of Missouri-Columbia for his bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, where he is a current Fellow of the University’s Academy of Distinguished Alumni, before earning his Juris Doctor at the Washington University in St. Louis School of Law. He has been formally distinguished by several publications and legal societies for leadership and achieving exceptional outcomes in his industry
