Spencer Fane attorneys Keith Call and Dani Cepernich will present at the 2024 Utah Defense Lawyers Association Annual Meeting on May 2 in Salt Lake City.
Joined by Clark Gardner, Keith will lead a CLE session on Legal Ethics to kick off the all-day event. Later, Dani will present an Appellate Update alongside Nate Mitchell (Hoggan Lee Hutchinson). The meeting will also comprise educational programming on topics such as current legislation, artificial intelligence, and a judges’ panel on dispositive motions. In addition, there will be lunch and an awards ceremony.
