Spencer Fane attorney Kayla Scroggins-Uptigrove will present a session at the 2024 DRI Insurance Bad Faith and Extra-Contractual Liability Seminar on June 13 in Nashville.
During the three-day event, Kayla will co-lead the presentation, Thinking Outside the Box: New & Creative Strategies for Managing Extra-Contractual Exposure, Including the Proper Use of Experts. The session will explore ways to move beyond a “by the book” approach when dealing with the obligations, risks, and liabilities that may exist outside of the terms and conditions of the insurance policy.
