Spencer Fane attorney Katherine Davis recently published an article featured in Ingram’s Magazine about the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC)’s May announcement concerning COVID-19 mask guidance for fully-vaccinated individuals.
Titled “To Mask or Not to Mask: Assessing the CDC Guidance,” the article discusses the new CDC guidance, its impact on businesses, legal and practical considerations, and workplace safety.
“Under OSHA’s general-duty clause, employers have an obligation to maintain a workplace free from recognized hazards for all employees,” Katherine explained in the article.
Since the magazine release in July, the CDC has now updated its guidance.
