Spencer Fane is pleased to announce attorney Kami Hoskins has been appointed to the Arizona Supreme Court Committee on Alternative Business Structures (ABS).
The ABS program exists to expand access to legal services and justice by creating legal entities in which a nonlawyer may have economic interest or decision-making authority in a firm that provides legal services. As a member of the Committee, Kami will review ABS applications for licensure under Arizona Supreme Court rules and the state’s Code of Judicial Administration and make licensure recommendations. Her term will last through December 31, 2028.
At Spencer Fane, Kami creates and implements effective solutions for employers navigating complex labor and employment law issues. In addition to her labor and employment practice, Kami advises businesses on sustainability and ESG strategies, including sustainability disclosures under relevant regulatory frameworks, greenhouse gas goal setting, DEI programs, and social impact programs.
