Spencer Fane attorney Julie Roth recently co-authored an article featured in the Association of Healthcare Internal Auditors’ New Perspectives Journal discussing alternative physician compensation arrangements. Julie and her co-authors outline all the necessary components to ensure compensation compliance, including medical directorship, reporting under the Sunshine Act, and audit strategy.
