Spencer Fane attorney Josh Dickinson was a speaker for the January 20 CLE program – What’s New in Debt Collection Law? – in Gladstone, Missouri. The Missouri Creditors Bar, Inc. (MCBI) hosted this event alongside the Kansas Creditor Attorney Association.
Josh’s session, Ethics in Debt Collection, was part of a full-day schedule of presentations led by industry-leading attorneys. Other topics included cybersecurity, repossession deficiency cases, statutes of limitations, and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) claims.
