Spencer Fane attorney Jon L. Farnsworth will advise businesses on a range of issues regarding limited liability companies (LLCs), including entity selection, LLC formation and structure, essential business contracts, and technology issues at a National Business Institute (NBI) seminar on July 29.
During his part of the presentation, Business Law from Start to Finish, Jon will take a deep dive into the top technology issues that business owners are currently facing; key strategies for approaching business valuations; and best practices for drafting commonly used business contracts.
