Spencer Fane attorney John O’Brien has been recognized as a 2023 Who’s Who in Agriculture honoree by the Denver Business Journal.
Inclusion on this prestigious list acknowledges John’s impressive contributions to the agriculture industry. As such, John and his fellow honorees will be formally recognized at a cocktail reception on March 30 at the Colorado State University Spur’s newly opened Hydro Building.
At Spencer Fane, John assists clients in banking, agrifinance, commercial finance, commercial law, lender liability defense, agriculture law, agricultural transactions, receivership, creditors’ rights, and bankruptcy. He has received both the Barrister’s Best and People’s Choice Awards for the Best Agricultural Lawyer in Colorado. His national agrifinance practice has closed over $5 billion of financings on livestock production facilities, public elevators, public warehouses, irrigated farms, dryland farms, ranches, and other commercial enterprises.
