Spencer Fane attorney Jason Smith will speak at Perrin Conferences’ two-day North American Construction Summit on January 18 in Las Vegas.

The panel will discuss factors behind the increase in “Nuclear Verdicts,” how to identify the types of cases that lead to such verdicts, and best practices for avoiding these outcomes.
