James Crumlin Talks Navigating Challenges at Nashville Junior Chamber Leadership Conference

Spencer Fane attorney and DEI Committee Chair James Crumlin was a featured speaker for the inaugural Nashville Junior Chamber Leadership Conference, held March 21-23.

Held at the Grand Hyatt, the conference allowed young Nashville metro professionals to learn from well-known community leaders, expand their network, and collaborate for civic and philanthropic opportunities. James presented the topic, Do Hard Things: Where You Can Go When You Tackle the Challenging Things.

As Chair of the Spencer Fane DEI Committee, James also works in tandem with other firm leadership to build, maintain, and leverage a diverse and inclusive law firm that strengthens our clients and communities through various initiatives.

James is also an active member of his local community. He founded Nashville’s Capitol Steps Workout and fervently supports several organizations, such as the Leadership Nashville Foundation, American Baptist College, YWCA Nashville & Middle Tennessee, S3 Recycling Solutions, Leadership Middle Tennessee, and many more.
