In his article, Colorado Quietly Updates, Strengthens State’s Antitrust Law, Jacob outlines the significant changes to Colorado’s state antitrust statute and provides advice on the Colorado legislature’s latest attempt to address significant property tax increases during the 2023 session.
He writes, “Given the greatly increased financial exposure, broader powers of the AG, and the effectively increased limitations period, businesses operating in Colorado will want to keenly watch how the AG’s office wields this new authority.”
