Spencer Fane attorney Jacob Hollars was recently elected to the Board of Directors for Colorado nonprofit Bootstraps, Inc.
Bootstraps, Inc. is an organization dedicated to supporting continuing education for promising students in the mountain area. Since 1945, the nonprofit has awarded over $4 million in scholarships and interest-free loans to more than 2,000 students experiencing financial need.
As a member of the volunteer board, which serves as “the backbone of the organization,” Jacob will help advance Bootstraps, Inc.’s mission through attending meetings and serving on committees. He will help coordinate fundraising and planning efforts for the benefit of Colorado students.
At Spencer Fane, Jacob is a litigator specializing in real estate, special district, commercial, and appellate matters. He represents companies in commercial disputes, such as breach of contract and real estate matters, and assists them in protecting their businesses.
