Spencer Fane attorney Helen Holden will co-present a State Bar of Arizona CLE course on April 19 in Phoenix.
For the event, Help Me Help You: Optimizing the Mediation Process, Helen will collaborate with Gerstman Law’s Renee Gerstman, The Donna Williams Group’s Donna Williams, and Rider Levett Bucknall’s John Jozwick to “pull back the curtain” on the mediation process. The virtual course features the perspectives of the mediator, litigator, and client and will advise both in-person and virtual attendees on preparing for mediation, leveraging the process, collaborating with the mediator, and wielding influence.
