Spencer Fane attorney Helen Holden was recently featured in a Business Insurance article covering COVID-19 vaccine policies in the workplace.
Titled “Employers wary of mandating COVID-19 vaccinations,” the article discusses the decision employers must make when requiring employees to get the vaccine, with many deciding against creating a formal requirement.
“Employers are keenly aware that they are doing this vaccine rollout in an environment with that emergency use authorization,” Helen explained. “A lot of employers early on were looking at the mandatory vaccines, and we had a lot of questions about it… Most have settled on encouragement and incentives.”
