Spencer Fane attorney Gerrit Pronske recently participated in panel discussions focused on bankruptcy law at two separate events.
At the American Bankruptcy Institute 2022 Spring Meeting, Gerrit spoke during the “Examining Venue, Ethics and Bad-Faith Issues in 2020/2021 Bankruptcy Filings” session. Gerrit and the panel explained bad-faith bankruptcy filings, including recent examples of bankruptcy filings, ethical considerations, and new reform initiatives.
Gerrit also co-presented at the 2022 Southwest Regional Conference hosted by the Turnaround Management Association (TMA). During the presentation, Gerrit analyzed the National Rifle Association bankruptcy case.
At Spencer Fane, Gerrit’s practice focuses on all areas of bankruptcy reorganization, troubled loan restructurings, and insolvency-related litigation. He also serves as a trained mediator in those areas and is a frequent lecturer at bankruptcy seminars, usually on the topic of recent developments.
